Who we are
This site is operated by Progressive Loss Prevention Concepts, LLC (“ProLP”). It exists to explain WAYPOINT, our operational intelligence platform for multi-unit restaurant operators, and to let you arrange a conversation with us. Our address is https://waypoint.prolpconcepts.com.
What we collect
You can read this entire site without giving us anything. We do not offer accounts, and the site has no registration, login, or comments.
The only personal information we collect is what you type into the scheduling form, which is:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your organization, if you give it
- Your phone number, if you give it
- The area you’re interested in
- The date and time you select
- Anything you write in the comments box
Name and email are required because we cannot arrange or confirm a conversation without them. Everything else is optional.
What we do with it
We use it to arrange the conversation you asked for, to prepare for it, and to follow up afterwards. That’s all. We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you booked a call.
Content embedded from other services
Two things on this site are provided by other companies, and each has its own privacy policy:
- The introductory video is hosted by YouTube. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, which means YouTube does not set tracking cookies until you press play. If you play the video, YouTube may collect information about that, as described in Google’s privacy policy.
- The scheduling form is provided by Jotform, which receives and stores what you submit so it can reach us. See Jotform’s privacy policy.
Cookies
Simply reading this site does not set cookies. Cookies may be set if you play the embedded video or interact with the scheduling form, by YouTube and Jotform respectively. Our hosting provider may also use cookies to keep the site secure and running. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Analytics

We do not use it to identify individual visitors. See Google’s privacy policy, or opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Who else sees your information
Only the people at ProLP who need it to respond to you, plus the service providers that make the site work — our web host, our email provider, and Jotform. Those providers handle the information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep what you send for as long as we have an active or prospective working relationship with you, and then for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
Write to us at the address below and you can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; we will honour those requests regardless of where you are.
Children
This site is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
